Shipping Policy

Shipping GBL Liquid | Shipping rates and delivery times
Our current delivery methods and rates are subject to change and various shipping policies and exceptions may apply to your order. Your shipping charges, including any applicable surcharges, will be clearly stated on the Verify Order page.

Order arrival varies depending on the type of items ordered, the type of shipping selected and, in some instances, the shipping destination. All shipments are subject to product availability. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday and orders placed after 12 pm ET might not ship until the next business day.

How items are shipped
Most orders ship in discreet packaging and might arrive in more than one box. Incontinence products such as Poise, Depends, and Tena (when ordered in full case quantity) are shipped in the original manufacturer carton.

Tracking your order
When you place your order online, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the package carrier’s website, so you can track your order. Please note that it can take 24–48 hours for the tracking number to appear.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
GBL Shop ships to addresses within and outside of the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses including Europe and Asia.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
GBLShop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international orders. All extra fees imposed during or after shipping are already stated and calculated in the order to take the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GBLShop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
